Richard Wolff is an American Marxian economist and a professor emeritus of economics at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. He also serves as a visiting professor in the graduate program in international affairs at The New School. Wolff is recognized for his extensive work on economic methodology and class analysis, with The New York Times Magazine naming him "America's most prominent Marxist economist.
