Riccardo Trivisonno serves as the Head of Wireless Networks Research and Standardisation at Huawei Technologies, where he has been since 2015. With over 25 years of experience in the mobile networks industry, he is responsible for establishing and leading R&D groups, defining technology roadmaps, and managing intellectual property rights (IPR).

His work encompasses technology development and transfer to standardization bodies such as 3GPP, ETSI, and ITU, as well as to product lines.
