Ricardo Madeira is the Founder and Managing Partner of Alianza Investimentos. In this role, he leads the investment firm.

Prior to founding Alianza Investimentos, Madeira gained experience in the financial sector as Operations & Commercial Manager at Trx Investimentos and as Commercial Supervisor at São Carlos Empreendimentos. Earlier in his career, he worked as an Architect at Perkins&Will and Dado Castello Branco.
