Biography

Ria Rustagi is the Co-founder and CEO of Sychedelic, a company dedicated to making brain health trainable through neurotech wearables. Sychedelic develops headphones designed to improve focus, sleep, and resilience. Her commitment to brain health stems from a personal experience in 2016, when she lost her sister to a rare brain infection.

Prior to Sychedelic, Rustagi founded Neuphony, which was India's first consumer neurofeedback wearable.
