Biography

Renen Hallak is the Founder and CEO of VAST Data, a role he has held since 2016. Prior to establishing VAST Data, Hallak played a pivotal role at XtremIO, where he led the architecture and development of an all-flash array from its inception. As VP R&D, he managed a team of over 200 engineers, contributing to XtremIO's growth to over a billion dollars in revenue and achieving three billion dollars in revenue in under three years.
