Rehgan Bleile is the Co-founder and CEO of AlignAI, where she is focused on building the first people-centric adoption and governance platform for data and AI. Her work at AlignAI centers on governing AI by design.

Prior to her current role, Bleile has held positions at ModelOp and Clarivoy. She also serves as an Advisory Board Member for Ohiox and has experience as an Instructor at Cognitir. Additionally, she is involved with Women in Analytics (WIA).
