Reed Duchscher is the Founding CEO of Night, a next-gen talent management company for digital creators. He launched Night from his bedroom in 2015, and the company has since expanded with offices in Los Angeles, New York, and Austin. Night's operations include talent management, a venture incubator, and The Roost podcast network.
Duchscher is also a General Partner at Night Ventures, a consumer venture fund launched in 2021 that focuses on investing in startups, internet culture, and creators.
