Rebecca Minkoff is the founder of the American fashion brand Rebecca Minkoff, which she co-founded with her brother Uri Minkoff in 2005 in New York City. Her designs first gained national recognition in 2001 when actress Jenna Elfman wore a Minkoff-designed "I Love New York" T-shirt on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno.
