Biography

Rebecca Bligh is a Canadian politician who serves on the Vancouver City Council. She was first elected to the Council in 2018 and reelected in 2022. Bligh is also the President of the Federation of Canadian Municipalities (FCM), an organization for which she has served as a director since 2018.
