Raquel A. Brízida Castro serves as the Vice-Chair of the Board of Directors of ANACOM. She holds a PhD in Law from the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon, where she is an Assistant Professor in tenure regime. Her expertise spans Constitutional Law, Public Law, Administrative Law, Public Contracts, and New Technologies Law.

As an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Law, University of Lisbon, she is the Regent of Constitutional Justice for both Law Degree and Master in Law programs.
