Biography

Raluca Marian serves as the Director EU Advocacy and General Delegate of IRU's Permanent Delegation to the European Union. In this capacity, she leads IRU's Brussels team and spearheads the organization's advocacy efforts across the entire commercial road transport ecosystem. Her work encompasses both people mobility, including buses, coaches, taxis, and goods mobility, covering road freight transport, logistics, and multimodal connectivity.
