Biography

Rakesh Shaunak serves as the Managing Partner and Group Chairman of MHA, where he also chairs the firm’s London Office and Southern Region. In addition to his governance responsibilities, he dedicates a significant portion of his time to business advisory work for a diverse client portfolio. He leads MHA's Financial Services and Natural Resources sectors, as well as the team focused on Listed Companies and other Public Interest Entities (PIEs).
