Rainer Strack is an Honorary Professor of Strategic HR Management at Germany’s oldest private university, Universität Witten/Herdecke, a position he has held since 2008. He is also a Senior Partner Emeritus and Senior Advisor at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where he joined in 1994.
During his tenure at BCG, Strack led nearly 500 projects spanning strategy, transformation, change, culture, talent, leadership, and HR management.
