Veronica Rahneberg is the Founder of Innovera, where she provides AI Governance and Go-to-Market consulting and advisory services to boards and CEOs. Her approach to AI governance is informed by over 30 years of experience on the commercial side of technology, where she focused on revenue generation, pipeline development, and business scaling. She emphasizes creating governance frameworks that protect growth rather than stifling it.
