Rahama Wright is the Chief Executive Officer of Shea Yeleen, a social impact company she founded in 2005 after her Peace Corps service. Inspired by the women who form the backbone of the global shea butter supply chain, Wright launched Shea Yeleen to create living wage jobs for women-owned shea butter cooperatives in Ghana.
