Rafael Dornelles Feler serves as the Head of DCM, ECM, and Structured Finance at BNDES. In this role, he is responsible for five teams comprising 22 people, focusing on capital markets' debt structuring, including instruments such as Debentures, Infrastructure Debentures, CRA, CRI, FIDC, Fiagro, and LC's.

With 15 years of experience in finance, his expertise spans Fixed Income markets, bank loans, guarantees, and capital markets structures.
