Rachel Williamson serves as the Vice President of People Strategy, Systems & Operations at Ulta Beauty. In this role, she is responsible for identifying, shaping, and implementing new ways of working and transformational initiatives that support the People Success vision and strategy. She brings over 15 years of experience in strategic program and people leadership to her position.
