Rachel Kyte holds the position of UK Special Representative for Climate. She is also a Professor of Practice in Climate Policy at the Blavatnik School of Government, University of Oxford.

Previously, Kyte served as Dean Emerita of The Fletcher School at Tufts. She is a Senior Independent Director at PIDG and an Advisor to QCF.

Her work encompasses advising, lecturing, and writing on climate, energy, and finance systems change.
