Rachel Bitecofer, Ph.D., is an American political scientist, strategist, and author.

She earned her Ph.D. in Political Science and International Affairs from the University of Georgia and holds a bachelor's degree in political science from the University of Oregon.

Bitecofer previously taught at Christopher Newport University for six years, specializing in American political behavior, election forecasting, and campaign strategy.
