Rachel Mae Arnold, born on 16 April 1996, is a Malaysian professional squash player who represents the Malaysia women's national squash team. She is the youngest daughter of former Malaysian Squash coach Raymond Arnold and sister to former Malaysian squash players Timothy Arnold and Delia Arnold. Arnold reached a career-high world ranking of number 17 in December 2024.

Arnold began her international squash career in 2016, quickly rising to a world ranking of 64 by the end of that year.
