Biography

Rachel Adams is a Research Professor and Executive Director of the Leverhulme Centre for the Future of Intelligence at the University of Cambridge. She is also the Founding CEO of the Global Center on AI Governance and the author of 'The New Empire of AI: The Future of Global Inequality'.

Adams is an Honorary Research Associate of The Ethics Lab, Department of Medicine, at the University of Cape Town. She holds degrees in English Literature, International Human Rights Law, and Philosophy.
