Biography

Qizhen Weng is an AI Infra Practitioner who leads the AI Infra Team at TeleAI, China Telecom. His research interests encompass AI Infrastructure, Machine Learning Systems, and Cloud Computing, with a particular focus on GPU cluster management and the training, inference, and fine-tuning of large-scale models.

Weng earned his Ph.D. degree in Computer Science and Engineering in 2022 from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, where he was supervised by Prof. Wei Wang.
