Stéphane J.G. Girod serves as a Professor of Strategy and Organizational Innovation at IMD, where he also leads the Luxury 2050 Initiative. His work focuses on empowering executives through innovative learning and development journeys, concentrating on strategy formulation and execution, digital transformation, sustainability transformation, and the creation of strategic, organizational, and leadership agility and resilience.
