Sven Teske is a Professor at the University of Technology Sydney (UTS) and serves as a Lead Author for the IPCC AR 7, WG III. From 2015 to 2017, he was a Research Principal at the University of Technology's Institute for Sustainable Futures.

From 2004 to 2015, Professor Teske led the Energy [R]evolution Scenario Project, which produced global editions in 2007, 2008, 2010, and 2012.
