Biography

Po-Shen Loh is an American mathematician, born on June 18, 1982, in California and raised in Madison, Wisconsin, by Singaporean immigrants. He demonstrated early mathematical talent, twice representing Wisconsin in the national Mathcounts competition and winning a silver medal for the US in the International Mathematical Olympiad (IMO) in 1999.
