Pooja Dhingra, born in 1986, is an Indian pastry chef and businesswoman. She is the founder and CEO of Le15 Patisserie, a bakery chain that specializes in macarons and French desserts. Dhingra opened India's first macaron store in March 2010 in Mumbai, aiming to bring Parisian culinary experiences to India. By October 2014, her business had grown to 42 staff members.
