Michael Plainer is currently a PhD student at the ELIZA Zuse School in Berlin. His research, conducted with Frank Noé and Klaus-Robert Müller, centers on AI4Science, specifically exploring generative models for dynamical biophysical systems.

Prior to his PhD studies, Plainer gained experience as a Research Sciences Intern at Microsoft. He also worked as a Software Developer at Bittex It-Solutions.
