With over two decades of experience, he specializes in advising on EB-5 financing, projects, and investors from around the world. His extensive background includes advising Regional Centers, project developers, agents, and investors on all aspects of EB-5 transactions.

Prior to joining KLDP LLP, Le served as in-house counsel for a large Southern California EB-5 Regional Center and real estate developer.
