Philip Jacob Weiser is an American lawyer and politician currently serving as the 39th Attorney General of Colorado since 2019, having been re-elected in 2022. A member of the Democratic Party, he announced his candidacy for the 2026 Colorado gubernatorial election on January 2, 2025, and previously defeated Republican George Brauchler in the 2018 election.
