Phillip Fulmer is widely recognized for his impactful 17-year tenure as the Head Football Coach at the University of Tennessee, from 1992 to 2008. During this period, he built a highly successful program, achieving a record of 152-52 with a 74 percent winning percentage. Under his leadership, the Vols played in the SEC Championship game five times, securing two victories, and notably won the 1998 National Championship in the inaugural BCS title game.
