Philippe Tibi leads Initiative Tibi, a program under the French Ministry of Finance dedicated to mobilizing institutional capital into European technology. Since 2020, this initiative has aimed to commit €15 billion across 160 funds spanning venture capital and public equity by the end of 2026. He is also championing a Venture Capital Union, intended to federate national ecosystems to achieve the scale necessary for global competition.
