Biography

Philippe Bourbeau is a Professor of International Affairs and Codirector of the International Institute of Economic Diplomacy at HEC Montreal. His expertise spans organisational resilience, international relations and diplomacy, and comparative immigration policies.

Prior to his current role, Bourbeau served as a Lecturer in the Department of Politics and International Studies at the University of Cambridge and as a Research Fellow at Sidney Sussex College, U.Cambridge.
