Philip Torr is a Professor at the University of Oxford, where he established the Torr Vision group. He earned his PhD (DPhil) at the Robotics Research Group of the University of Oxford under Professor David Murray of the Active Vision Group, and maintained close contact as a visiting fellow after his initial research period.
