Biography

Phebe Novakovic is the chairwoman and chief executive officer of General Dynamics, a role she assumed in January 2013. She joined General Dynamics in 2001, rising to president and chief operations officer in 2012 before becoming CEO.

Prior to her career in business, Novakovic worked for the United States Department of Defense from 1997 to 2001 and also served with the Central Intelligence Agency.
