Peter Virovacz serves as the Chief Economist at ING Bank N.V. Hungary Branch. He began his career as an economist in 2009, gaining diverse experience across public, think tank, and banking sectors.

In the public sector, Virovacz worked for an independent fiscal watchdog in Hungary, where he developed skills as a forecaster and analyst of the external economy. He then transitioned to a think tank as a research fellow, eventually becoming head of the macroeconomic department.
