Biography

Peter Swire is the J.Z. Liang Chair in the School of Cybersecurity and Privacy at Georgia Institute of Technology, where he also holds a professorship of Law and Ethics in the Scheller College of Business.

He serves as Research Director of the Cross-Border Data Forum and is a Senior Fellow at The Future of Privacy Forum. Additionally, he is Senior Counsel with the law firm of Alston & Bird, LLC, advising clients globally on privacy and cybersecurity matters.
