Peter Singlehurst serves as the Head of the Private Companies Team at Baillie Gifford. He joined the firm in 2010, initially working with the Credit and UK Equity teams before moving to the Global Discovery team, which identifies innovative smaller companies. In 2014, he transitioned to the Long Term Global Growth team, where he became the first investor at Baillie Gifford to focus exclusively on private company research.
