Patrick Hsu is an American bioengineer, entrepreneur, and investor, recognized for his contributions to CRISPR gene editing, machine learning, synthetic biology, and gene therapy. He is a co-founder and Core Investigator of the Arc Institute, a nonprofit research organization dedicated to accelerating biomedical discovery. Additionally, he serves as an Assistant Professor of Bioengineering and Deb Faculty Fellow at the University of California, Berkeley.
