Pawan Mulukutla serves as the Executive Director of Integrated Transport, Electric Mobility, Clean Air & Hydrogen at WRI India. In this role, he is responsible for providing strategic direction and implementing the overarching objectives of these programs. He also leads the development of synergistic and action-oriented research programs designed to support India's decarbonization journey through effective, equitable, and inclusive mobility solutions.
