Paul Sloane (April 16, 1893 – November 15, 1963) was an American screenwriter and film director. Born in New York City, Sloane had a prolific career in Hollywood, directing 26 films between 1925 and 1952. He also wrote or co-wrote 35 films, starting as early as 1916.
His directorial credits include "Hearts in Dixie" (1929), "The Woman Accused" (1933) starring Cary Grant, "The Texans" (1938), and "Geronimo" (1939). Sloane passed away in Santa Monica, California.
