Paul Adan serves as the Regional SVP Development for Latin America & Caribbean at IHG Hotels. In this role, he leads development efforts across the region. Previously, he was the Managing Director of Latin America and the Caribbean for Radisson Hotel Group Americas, where he led the company's Development and Operations teams and focused on executing growth strategy and supporting operational excellence for franchised hotels.
