Biography

Paula Ingabire is a Rwandan technology professional and politician. She has served as the Minister of Information and Communications Technology and Innovation in the Cabinet of Rwanda since October 18, 2018. Before her ministerial appointment, Ingabire was the Head of the Kigali Innovation City initiative and previously held the position of Head of ICT at the Rwanda Development Board.
