Paul Schroder is the chief executive of AustralianSuper, which is Australia's largest superfund by assets under management. He assumed this role in 2021, succeeding Ian Silk. Prior to his appointment as chief executive, Schroder served as the fund's chief risk officer. He initially joined AustralianSuper in 2007 as the general manager of business development.
Before his tenure at AustralianSuper, Schroder dedicated two decades to the Australian union movement.
