Paul Rogat Loeb is an American writer and lecturer whose work focuses on activism, civic engagement, and social change. Since 1982, he has been a book author with over 350,000 copies of his works in print, and he also lectures globally on civic involvement. He has been a freelance writer for major US newspapers and magazines since 1977.
Loeb's writing career began with his first book, "Nuclear Culture" (1982), which examined the daily life of atomic weapons workers.
