Paulus Shipokosa Mashatile is the 9th Deputy President of South Africa. He assumed the role of Deputy President of the governing African National Congress (ANC) in December 2022. Prior to this, he served as ANC Treasurer-General from December 2017 and as acting ANC Secretary-General from January 2022.
Mashatile has held several prominent positions within the South African government.
