Paul Hemmersbaugh is the Chair of the Transportation Regulatory and Litigation Group at DLA Piper LLP, an international law firm. He is recognized for his expertise in law and policy concerning electric, autonomous, and connected vehicles, as well as new automotive and mobility technologies. Hemmersbaugh has experience as both a regulator and working with regulators, developing and implementing solutions and strategies.
