Paul Grewal is the Chief Legal Officer at Coinbase, a prominent cryptocurrency exchange. Prior to joining Coinbase, he served as Vice President and Deputy General Counsel at Facebook. His career also includes a tenure as a U.S. Magistrate Judge for the United States District Court for the Northern District of California.
As a U.S. Magistrate Judge, Grewal was sworn in on December 1, 2010, becoming only the second sitting South Asian federal magistrate judge in the United States at that time.
