Paul Richard Gallagher is a British prelate of the Catholic Church, born on January 23, 1954. He currently serves as the Secretary for Relations with States within the Holy See's Secretariat of State, a position he has held since November 2014. His extensive career in the diplomatic service of the Holy See began in 1984, and he has held the rank of archbishop and apostolic nuncio since 2004.
Gallagher was ordained for the Archdiocese of Liverpool in 1977.
