Paul-Adrien Hyppolite is the Co-Founder and CEO of Spiko, a fintech company. Spiko is focused on reshaping capital markets infrastructure and expanding access to cash management instruments, and is backed by Index Ventures and the CEO of Revolut.

Prior to co-founding Spiko, Hyppolite held several key roles. He served as Deputy Head of the Financial Markets Division at Direction GéNéRale Du TréSor and worked as a Seconded National Expert at the European Commission.
