Patti Poppe is an American businesswoman and business executive, currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of PG&E Corporation since January 2021. Prior to this role, she was the President and CEO of CMS Energy from July 2016 to December 2020. Poppe is recognized as the first female executive to serve as the CEO of one Fortune 500 company and subsequently become CEO of another.
Her career began in 1990 at General Motors, where she spent 15 years in various positions.
